We are extremely happy that in Wojtek's case our paths crossed again - after a 2-year break, Wojtek decided to return to work at the visible agency. See what motivated him to come back and what he did during this time. He was responsible for building relationships and efficient implementation of the project on the agency's side. As a specialist and later a manager in the customer service department, he was responsible for the sales process (from creating an offer, through participation in tenders, sales control, to initiating cooperation). He managed a several-person customer service department.
He was a Certified Google Ads and Google Analytics Specialist. Sales manager with a passion for marketing Wojtek worked with us for 4 years, initially as a specialist, and over time he became a customer service manager. The next step in Wojtek's career was to create a sales department. As a sales manager, he quickly built and developed a strong sales team, achieving many professional successes. However, in 2020, he realized that he wanted to change his career path and focus on marketing. He wanted to work in marketing on the client's side, not the agency's, so he decided to change his job. He chose a company from the automotive industry, where he fit in perfectly as Head of Marketing. He was able to fulfill his professional aspirations in marketing and put his knowledge into practice. The new job gave Wojtek space to develop in the field of social media and content marketing. First of all, Wojtek has built solid competences in marketing management.
